As Team Leader of The Gillian Group, I've spent the past 10 years helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest milestones in their lives. While I lead an incredible team today, I know that everything I learned aboutserving clients started long before I officially became a Realtor.
I'm a homebody at heart. I love cooking, entertaining, decorating, sitting by the fire, and creating spaces where family and friends naturally gather. Those simple moments are what make a house feel like home, and they're exactlywhat I hope to help my clients find.
My passion for homes actually began with design. I earned my Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of Kansas in 2011 and spent several years designing healthcare facilities. While I enjoyed architecture, I realized I was missing the personal connection that comes with helping people during such an important chapter of their lives. In 2016, I joined my mom, Dorothy Gillian, in real estate, and it quickly became clear that I had been preparing for this career my entire life.
Long before I earned my license, I had a front-row seat to Dorothy's business. I listened to countless client calls, watched her negotiate, celebrated with families at closings, and learned firsthand what it meant to truly care for people. She founded The Gillian Group on the belief that relationships always come first, and her example shaped not only the Realtor I became, but the leader I strive to be today. After her passing in 2025, carrying on her legacy has become one of the greatest honors of my career.
Living with cystic fibrosis since infancy has also shaped who I am. The challenges I faced taught me resilience, gratitude, and the importance of making every day count. In early 2020, a breakthrough medication called Trikafta completely changed my life. Before then, I worked only part time, struggled with constant coughing, had very little energy, and spent far too much time in the hospital. Today, I have the health and energy to do what I love, both personally and professionally.
My husband Mike and I are blessed with two beautiful children, our daughter Dottie, who is now three, and our son Duke, who joined our family last summer. Naming Dottie after my mom was one of the most meaningful ways we could honor the incredible woman who shaped our lives. Watching my children grow while raising them in a home filled with love has given me an even deeper appreciation for what "home" really means.
The experiences I've had, both personally and professionally, allow me to meet my clients wherever they are in life's journey. Whether you're buying your first home, searching for a forever home, investing in a vacation property, or saying goodbye to a place filled with memories, I understand that every move is about much more than real estate.
There is nothing I value more than being home with my family because I know how precious those moments truly are. My goal is to help you find a home that gives you that same feeling, a place where memories are made, traditions begin, and life simply feels right.

With over a decade of experience in sales management, training, and client relations, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the real estate journey from multiple perspectives.
Before transitioning into real estate, I spent several years as a Senior Loan Processor and Training Manager for leading mortgage lenders. This background provides me with a unique advantage: an in-depth knowledge of the financing process, allowing me to anticipate potential hurdles and collaborate seamlessly with lenders to ensure smooth transactions for my clients.
Joining The Gillian Group—a family-run team led by my mother and sister—has been both a professional milestone and a personal joy. Our collective commitment to treating clients like family, coupled with our deep-rooted knowledge of the local market, ensures that each client feels supported and understood throughout their real estate journey.

Thomas Wuchte
Tom Wuchte is proud to be part of The Gillian Group and to continue the family tradition of helping buyers and sellers throughout the communities they know and love. While his close family and friends know him as "Tommy," his passion for real estate is rooted in something much bigger than a nickname. As Dorothy Gillian's nephew and Anna and Cait's cousin, he grew up witnessing firsthand the positive impact they made in the lives of their clients. Their dedication to serving others inspired Tom to pursue a career where he could do the same.
Tom earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Springfield before continuing his education in England, where he received his master's degree in Urban Economic Development from the University of London. His educational background provides a strong understanding of neighborhoods, economic growth, and the factors that shape thriving communities.
When it came time to begin his real estate career, joining

The team's collaborative approach, exceptional attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to client service reinforced what he had always admired about the family business. Allison brings a people-first approach to real estate, backed by more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality and service industry. Her career taught her the value of exceptional customer service, clear communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate clients' needs before they even have to ask. Those skills have seamlessly translated into helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life's biggest decisions with confidence.
Before transitioning into real estate, Allison spent several years at The Boarding House, a renowned Chicago fine dining restaurant and wine bar housed in a stunning historic building dating back to 1871, just after the Great Chicago Fire. Known for its remarkable architecture and unforgettable atmosphere, it was the perfect setting to refine her commitment to exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and creating memorable experiences. Those same qualities continue to define her approach to serving real estate clients today.
Allison's path to The Gillian Group began with an instant connection to Anna. She was drawn to Anna's knowledge of the market, genuine personality, and collaborative approach to serving clients. As they got to know one another, they discovered a true "small world" connection when they realized that years earlier, Dorothy Gillian had helped Allison's sister purchase a home in Forest Park. It was a meaningful reminder of the lasting relationships Dorothy built throughout the community and made joining The Gillian Group feel like the perfect fit.
When she's not helping clients, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband. two daughters and loves calling Brookfield home. She is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys staying active through exercise, and is dedicated to living a positive, mindful lifestyle. Allison brings that same sense of balance, optimism, and genuine care to every client relationship, making each real estate journey as seamless, enjoyable, and rewarding as possible.
